8 Free-From-Gluten Biscuits
¾ C Vanilla ice cream Be sure to check the brand you select is gluten-free.
¾ C frozen berries

Instructions

Real Fruit Ice Cream: Making homemade real fruit ice cream is incredibly easy. All you need to do is blitz equal quantities of frozen berries or fruit and vanilla ice cream.
Spread a Free-From-Gluten biscuit with the real fruit ice cream. Sandwich a second cookie on top and you have created a delicious treat.
Re-freeze the cookies for 30 mins before serving, or serve immediatly but be prepared for them to be a little bit melty!
